Fino's grade on my listing looks wrong

Grades follow the details on the listing, so a wrong grade usually means a wrong detail:

  1. Check the model, storage or RAM variant and condition you selected. A 256 GB phone graded as 128 GB will look mispriced.
  2. Check the battery health you entered; weak batteries pull the fair range down.
  3. Make sure included items are ticked; a complete kit with box and bill grades better than a bare device.

Still wrong after fixing the details? Use Report on your own listing or tell Fino here, and the listing goes for a human re-check. Grades also refresh as new comparable listings appear.
