Why was my ad rejected or removed?

Every ad passes a quick Fino plus human review. The common reasons for rejection:

• Photos are not of the actual item: stock images, screenshots or catalogue photos.
• Missing mandatory details: battery health or serial number left out on an iPhone or MacBook.
• Condition does not match the photos: for example, marked Like New with visible cracks.
• Missing or misleading price, or a price in the description that differs from the price field.
• Prohibited item: counterfeit, stolen, or activation-locked goods.
• Contact details in the ad: phone numbers and emails belong in private chat, not in public listings.

Fix the issue and resubmit. If you believe a removal was a mistake, open the ad in your account and tap Appeal, or ask Fino to connect you with the exact reason recorded for your ad.
